JAIGEL-GS GFC Columns

Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) polymer packed aqueous SEC (size-exclusion chromatography) column can be used with a wide range of solvents including water to nonpolar solvents. Depends on the solvent polarity, JAIGEL-GS can be GFC (gel-filtration chromatography) or adsorption and partition modes.

  • Standard packing solvent: water
  • Flow rate for the analytical size column is typically 0.4-0.6mL/min, max 1.0mL/min
  • Pre-column size is 7.6x50mm and denoted with "-P" after the column model numbers.
