JAIGEL-H GPC Columns

Highly cross-linked polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) packed GPC columns designed specifically for recycling preparative HPLC. Maximum sample amount per injection is up to 300mg with two JAIGEL-H columns connected in series. JAIGEL-H-40 has wider inner diameter (40mm) and approximately 4 times more samples can be injected at a time. The exact amount of samples per injection depends on the sample solubility in the solvent.

  • Standard configuration: two 600mm-length prep columns connected in series is optimal for recycling
  • Column solvent: Chloroform is standard. Other solvents can be chosen at the time of purchase, e.g., THF, Toluene, DMF, Dichloroethane...etc.
  • It is required that the same solvent be used for the life of the column. Please take into consideration of your sample solubility.

Pre-Columns

Pre-columns are packed with smilar material as the JAIGEL-H. It is highly recommended for protecting your preparative columns performance extending the column life time.
