JAIGEL-W SEC Columns

Cross-linked methacrylate polymer packed SEC column can apply for wide range of applications, using acidic and alkaline solvent as well as organic solvent. Depends on the polarity, it can be SEC or adsorption and partition mode.

  • wide range of solvents can be used as mobile phase, i.e.: Water (pH range 3-10), methanol, acetonitrie, THF, CHCL3, DMF, N-Methypyrolidone.
  • For JAIGEL-W251, water of pH3 to 10,lower than 30% of methanol, can be used.
