Which HPLC column manufacturers and brands do Columnex represent?
Columnex is the official authorized distributor for 18 chromatographyand lab equipment manufacturers, Chromenta, Bonna-Agela, PolyLC, Jordi Labs, Dikma, Welch Materials, Macherey-Nagel, Nacalai, ES Industries, SIELC, Affinisep, Mitsubishi Chemical, ZirChrom, Sepax, Aura Industries, Jenco Instruments and Japan Analytical Industry.  We represent all chromatography products from these manufacturers, even if some of them are not listed on our website.

Where do you ship to?
We currently serve customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.  Sales to other countries are on a case-by-case basis. 

How do I make a purchase?
Contact Columnex by filling out this web form, or by telephone, fax, or direct email for price inquiry and/or technical support.  Please include your contact information, quantity, dimension, and other product information.  A Columnex Concierge will provide you with a price quote or technical recommendation, usually within 30 minutes.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept standard purchase order, in addition to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

How fast can I receive my purchased products?
It depends on the products you ordered and their availability from each manufacturer. Typically, for in stock items, it takes approximately 3-5 business days after receiving the purchase order for delivery.  Faster delivery is available for some items.  For special-sized products, it may take longer.  Please contact us for more information, or send the request directly to your Columnex Concierge.
